We want ordering from Mother Clucker to be simple, so here's everything you need to know about shipping, returns and exchanges.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia.

Standard shipping is $12.50 per order.

As our apparel is printed to order, please allow time for your order to be printed and prepared before dispatch. Delivery timeframes are in addition to production time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Mother Clucker cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Choosing the Right Size

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Our tees and jumpers have their own size guides, so we recommend comparing the garment measurements with a favourite tee or jumper you already own.

Returns & Exchanges

As our apparel is printed to order, we encourage you to choose carefully and check the relevant size guide before purchasing.

If there is a problem with your order, or you believe you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us so we can help.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind & Incorrect Size

Please choose your size carefully before ordering.

For change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns or exchanges, please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Return postage costs for change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns are the responsibility of the customer.
